FAQ

We've developed these FAQs to ensure you have a completely satisfying experience when purchasing from Flow State Art Studio. If your question isn't answered below, please contact us here.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, delivery speed, and distance from Columbus, OH. You will see the accurate, final cost during checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the high costs and risks associated with shipping original artwork. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We strongly encourage you to use the "CONTACT" link to request additional pictures or details before finalizing your purchase.

Do your paintings come with a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA)?

Yes. All original artwork comes with a CoA signed by the artist. The CoA includes key details such as the title and limited edition number, if applicable. (Note: This excludes Giclée prints.)

What are Giclée prints?

Giclée (pronounced zhee-CLAY) prints are high-resolution digital reproductions of original paintings. These are created using specialized printers that precisely match color and ink application on high-quality archival paper.

The artwork I’m interested in is sold out. Can you make another one for me?

Original paintings and laser-cut editions are one-of-a-kind and cannot be reproduced. All original paintings and laser-cut pieces are signed and number. Once an edition sells out, it is retired, unless a special edition is announced. If you see something you love, secure it quickly—when it's gone, it's gone!

Are you available for commissioned work?

Yes, but only for laser-engraved/laser-cut artwork. Due to the fluid, unpredictable nature of the acrylic pour technique, original paintings are not accepted on a commissioned basis. For a laser-cut commission, please use the "CONTACT" link to submit details of the concept you'd like to bring to life.

How do you determine what to charge for commissioned artwork?

Quotes are based on the quantity, quality, and finishing of required materials, as well as the estimated time necessary to create the artwork.

How does payment work for commissioned artwork?

Payment is split into two installments: a 50% up-front deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion (prior to delivery). (Note: Quotes do not include shipping costs.)

How long will it take to get my commissioned artwork?

Delivery generally takes 3-6 weeks, depending on the project's complexity and material availability. If you require it sooner, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate!
